Mickis Clicks Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the
Mickis Clicks program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Mickis Clicks may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary
contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with
Mickis Clicks. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
Mickis Clicks program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing
Mickis Clicks account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
Mickis Clicks account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by
Mickis Clicks be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
It is up to you, the affiliate, to keep your user information up to date. Payments will be sent
to the address you provided in the payment area. It is up to you to maintain this information and update
the information as needed. Please make sure all information is correct, it is not Micki's Clicks responsibility to
maintain your accounts.
Cheat links will be set in place and you will be docked points each time you click on one.
If your account falls into the negative due to clicking cheat links, your account will be suspended.
Cheat links will be set in place to assure that this site remains cheat/bot free.
If keywords "I Love To Cheat", "I Am A Bot", "Delete Me", "Female" and "Male" are all clicked, your
account will be terminated. These keywords are set in place to catch cheat bots and will change from time
to time to assure no bots are on this site.
Any member submitting ads that cause computers to freeze, have excessive popups to the point
of other members contacting me, have many complaints about the ad and its contents, will have their
ad removed from the site and no refund given. Please also note that all ads will be given extra hits,
(example order 100, you will get 110) so that Micki's Clicks can check links to make sure they are virus free.
If it is found that something is wrong, ad will be stopped and you will be notified so that the ad can be replaced.
You must be able to read English.
Any member found cheating will automatically have their account terminated and all earnings forfeited.
Cheating consists of using a clickbot of any kind, having an ISP that does not belong to your computer or country.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with
Mickis Clicks. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
Mickis Clicks. limited to no more than (50) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from
Mickis Clicks, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. The first step will be to set your account to "Inbox Only". If it continues after, your account will be terminated.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Your Account will be deleted if you sign up to Micki's Clicks and not once log into your account click any links or read emails within
the first 30 days of signing up. This is to prevent clogging the server. Your account will not be deleted if you log on and click.
Turning numbers: If you click 10 bad turning numbers in a 30 days period, you will lose 50 points. Micki's Clicks is giving the
benefit of the doubt by awarding the 10 per 30 day period. If you, the affiliate continue to click bad turning numbers your account may be
suspended and further investigated until it is proven (or not proven) that you are not a cheat bot.
If at any time your account falls into the negative, due to neglect on your part, your account will be terminated. Your account will be safe if
it is found that Micki's Clicks was at fault.
If you fraudulently sign up for offers on Micki's Clicks, your account will be flagged, if said actions continue,
your account will be canceled without question.
If you do not log into your account for 90 days, your account will be canceled and you will forfeit all funds. You must log in and click links
in order to remain a member, this will keep clogging the server down and Micki's Clicks running smoothly.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
Mickis Clicks
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
Mickis Clicks. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
Mickis Clicks. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Mickis Clicks
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
Mickis Clicks
program, even if
Mickis Clicks
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Mickis Clicks
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Mickis Clicks. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
Mickis Clicks
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
Mickis Clicks.
Mickis Clicks
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
Mickis Clicks. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 14 days(Most times less).
I stress this again. It is up to you, the affiliate, to keep your user information up to date. Payments will be sent
to the address you provided in the payment area. It is up to you to maintain this information and update
the information as needed. Please make sure all information is correct, it is not Micki's Clicks responsibility to
maintain your accounts.
Only one account can be linked to PayPal, AlertPay, etc. It is not OK to share a paypal account with another member,
unless it is proven that it is 2 different people and not the same person using similar information. This is a form of cheating,
unless it is brought to Micki's Clicks attention immediately. Both accounts will be suspended and then canceled if not corrected.
Opening a PayPal or AlertPay account if free, so please, one payment account per member ONLY!
If your IP does not match your country of origin, you will not receive payment because this is a form of cheating.
You must keep your account up to date with payment information in order to assure the funds go to the right account.
MickisClicks is not responsible for any funds sent to the wrong account as it is your responsibility to make sure
your payment information is correct.
You must earn the payout yourself. At least 75% of earnings should be your own clicks. Referring members is great, but you also need to earn the
funds by clicking ads and not just referring members.
If you refer a member who becomes inactive or cancels within 72 hours of joining, you will lose that referral bonus. Also, if a member is found to be
using a click bot, you will also lose that referral bonus. This will be noted in your account on which member and why. This rule will be enforced.
You must click that you read and understood the terms of this site in order to receive payment.
Suspended or Canceled Accounts:
If your account is suspended or canceled and you do not know why, contact MickisClicks as notes are taken. There is always a reason why
your account would be suspended or canceled.
If your account country is not the same country as your IP your account will be canceled. Make sure to select the right country and if it is
not on the list, then your country is not allowed on this site.
Offers:
If you complete and offer that is reversed by advertiser down the line, MickisClicks has the right to reverse your account. For example,
if you complete an offer worth $.00 and the advertiser reverses the lead, the $1.00 will be deducted from your account referencing the offer.
This is also why some offers may take some time to credit. We do not want to reverse any offers. So please read the instructions and only
complete those that interest you.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with
Mickis Clicks
and may result in legal prosecution.
Mickis Clicks
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.
Mickis Clicks
may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Mickis Clicks
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
